Frequently Asked Questions

Your first session is an intake session and will last 55 minutes.  We will go over your intake form and discuss what is bringing you to counseling.  You will receive a provisional diagnosis and a treatment plan.

Regular sessions are 55 minutes in length.  They include a check in time, time to review your homework, as well as time to discuss the topic of the session.

Yes!  You will receive personalized homework every session.  This will allow you to make progress throughout the week and may speed up your overall progress.  They are NOT worksheets out of a book.  Each homework assignment will be something for you to do, write, talk about, practice, etc., throughout the week.

Typical copays are $30 per session but can vary.  

Not at this time.  However, scholarships are available.  Please call and ask about these.  

All sessions are $125.  We accept Cash, Check, or Card.

Of course!  I see many clients from all different faith backgrounds. I also see many people who identify as atheist and agnostic.  I call my practice Daytona Beach Christian Counseling because I have special training and expertise dealing with the Christian faith and how it affects mental health.
